Refiner/Upgrader NPC in each major towns is specializes in enhancing weapons and armor to improve their stats. With the latest update, Antonio now features a better user experience (UX) with a brand-new interface, making the refining process easier and more intuitive than ever before!
To upgrade equipment, make sure you have the following:

Zeny
Ores
Blacksmith Blessing (optional, will preserve upgrade level in case of failure, usable from +7 up to +14)
🛡️ Ore & Item Protection Notes
HD Ores:
Safe to use — items cannot be destroyed on failure.
Enriched Ores:
Risky — items can be destroyed on failure.
However, using a Blacksmith's Blessing alongside enriched ores prevents item destruction.
